In March, I started to diet and exercise a lot. I began working with a personal trainer 2 times a week and staying on a low calorie diet. Recently I cut out sugar and starches as well, and trying to eat a more clean lifestyle. I'm happy to report with a lot of hard work, I was able to lose 15 pounds of FAT and build a lot of muscle. I'm fitting in clothes I haven't worn in a few years, so it feels like I have a brand new wardrobe! Changing my lifestyle has been an adjustment. I've had to start carefully planning my meals. No more grabbing a bowl of chips for lunch or snaking on bagel bites. I've learned a lot of new cooking skills as well. Such as I can now make chili without needing the package of seasoning I usually buy when I want to make something.
